Know Your Family's
Health History

Having a blood relative with certain health conditions can significantly increase your risk for developing those conditions.

At UnitedHealthcare, our health initiative Generations of Wellness®, offers African American members health information and tools that speak specifically to their cultural needs.

One of those tools is our new interactive "Family Health History Tree". There are 5 easy steps to get started:

1. Click "Start a New Family Tree"
2. Name the Family Tree and Enter your information
3. Enter information about other family members
4. Save to you computer for future use, Email it to others or print it out.
5. Share with Family and your Health Care provider.

It's that simple!
